2021 Lincoln Navigator L

With either the Ford Expedition MAX or 2021 Lincoln Navigator L, customers get more cargo space than standard models. The Lincoln L SUV model provides 15 extra cubic feet to the rear with this longer wheelbase on the Lincoln Navigator.

2021 Ford Expedition MAX

Expect some additional room with the 2021 Expedition MAX just as the Lincoln Navigator L. It has 36 cubic feet behind the back row, 79.6 cubic feet found behind the second and up to 121.5 cubic feet when all of the seats are down.

2021 Lincoln Navigator Interior Features

You get lots of standard safety features with either the Navigator or Expedition, but the Lincoln Navigator has a level of luxury that the Expedition never reaches. The new Navigator includes wireless charging, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a SYNC 3 infotainment system, a navigation system, a ten-inch touch screen, satellite radio, six USB ports, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and a premium 14-speaker sound system.

2021 Ford Expedition Interior Features

The 2021 Ford Expedition features the SYNC 3 infotainment system, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, an eight-inch touch screen, satellite radio, four USB ports, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and voice recognition. However, you won't notice as many luxury amenities, such as the unique, upscale design accents, upgraded technology, and the Active Motion massage seats with heated and cooling ventilation.

2021 Lincoln Navigator Cargo Space & Passenger Room

Both the Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition have room for seven or eight occupants depending on the seating configuration. The new Navigator comes with 19.3 cubic feet of space behind the back row, 63.6 cubic feet located behind the second row, and 103.3 cubic feet when those seats are all folded down.

2021 Lincoln Navigator Engines & Powertrain

With the 2021 Lincoln Navigator remaining a carryover model, we still expect it to be equipped with the 450-horsepower 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 motor with 510 lb-ft. of torque. This V6 engine is rated at 16 city/22 mpg with RWD standard, but 4WD is available. There are six total drive modes that include Conserve to save fuel, Excite for that sport feel, and Slow Climb for heavy-duty towing. The Navigator can tow up to 8,700 lbs.

2021 Ford Expedition Engines & Powertrain

The base Expedition is equipped with a 375-horsepower 3.5-liter turbocharged V6 EcoBoost engine that achieves 17 city/23 highway mpg. With the Platinum model, owners get the 400-horsepower 3.5L EcoBoost variant instead. RWD is the standard powertrain, but 4WD is optional. Both of these come with a ten-speed automatic transmission. The Expedition can tow up to 9,300 lbs.
